Hoka Teppanyaki Recipe(Japanese cuisine)


Hoka Teppanyaki Ingredients:
  1. 400 grams of beef,cut into thin crosswise fiber
  2. 8 tails shrimp,peeled,slices of his back
  3. 8 pieces hioko mushrooms,soaked hot water,drained
  4. 2 pieces onions,cut into thin round
  5. 1 piece of eggplant,cut into thin round (about 1 / 2 cm)

Sauce dyeing:
  1. 3 tablespoons sesame seeds,toasted
  2. 6 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce/soy sauce
  3. 2 tablespoons mirin/sugar.
  4. 2 tablespoons lime juice
  5. 2 tablespoons dashi/stock
  6. 10 cm radishes,finely grated
  7. 4 pieces of red chilli,mashed
Cooking Directions:
  1. Heat the margarine to taste, then roast each ingredient until cooked.
  2. Arrange into the plate..
Sauce dyeing:
  1. Mix all ingredients, stirring until blended.
  2. Serve together with the sauce dyeing.

Japhanese Cuisine:Ramen Recipe


Ramen Ingredients:
  1. 200 gr ramen,brewed
  2. 2 liters of water
  3. 1 kg of beef leg bones
  4. 150 gr tetelan,chopped
  5. 125 gr beef sukiyaki
  6. 5 red onions
  7. 2 cm ginger
  8. 1 pc deaf
  9. ½ cm Cinnamon
  10. 1 tablespoon salt
  11. 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  12. ¼ tsp pepper
  13. 1 stalk coriander leaves,finely sliced
  14. ¼ tsp coriander root,chopped
  15. 1 stalk spring onion,thinly sliced
  16. ½ tsp lemon juice
  17. 1 red chilli,chopped
  18. hot pepper sauce to taste

Cooking Directions:
  1. Wash the bones and tetelan to clean,dry cloth.Fuel ginger and onion until wilted,add the deaf,cinnamon and enter into a clean cloth.Tie with string.
  2. Boil water,insert the bone,tetelan,and mixture of cinnamon,reduce heat.Discard the fat and cook for 1 hour.
  3. Add fish sauce,salt and beef sukiyaki,boiled until cooked,lift,strain.Discard bones, spices in a cloth and tetelannya. Enter the pepper powder, coriander leaves and roots of coriander, simmer until fragrant.
  4. Arrange ramen in a bowl,sprinkle green onions,beef sukiyaki,flush with hot broth. Add a little lime juice,chili sauce and chili slices

Oriental steak Recipe

 Asian-style steak is a little different but no less tasty ingredients with Western-style steak. As a main menu choice for Christmas party guests definitely preferred. Setup broccoli stir-fry vegetables or a complement special.

Oriental steak Ingredients:
500 g of meat has in the beef, sliced crosswise tipis1 / 2 cm
cooking oil
Marinade, mix well:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
1 / 2 tsp grated ginger

Sauce:

3 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
200 ml water
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in a little water

Method:
# Stir the sliced meat with marinade until blended. Let stand for 1 hour for flavor to infuse.
# Heat oil and fry meat until cooked. Lift. Drain.
# Sauce: Saute garlic until golden.
# Enter the water and other spices. Stir until boiling and thickened. Lift.
# Pour sauce over meat. Serve with stir-fry broccoli.

Chicken Katsu Recipe

Chicken Katsu Ingredients:
  1. 1 piece of chicken breast, discarding the bones,flat it
  2. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  3. 1 / 2 teaspoon ground pepper
  4. 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 / 2 cm ginger, grated
  6. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  7. 1 egg,shake

Cabbage Salad:

  2. 2 tablespoons thousand island
Radish Pickles:

  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon vinegar

Cooking Directions:
  1. Chicken Katsu: coat chicken with soy sauce, pepper powder, salt, ginger, and garlic, then let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Drain the chicken, then dip in beaten eggs, coat with flour parnir until blended, repeat once more.
  3. Fry chicken in oil until cooked and a lot of brown, remove and drain.
  4. Cabbage salad: place the sliced cabbage in a dish, then pour over it with thousand island.
  5. Pickled radish: Mix all ingredients and stir until blended.
  6. Usually chicken Katsu presented together with cabbage salad and pickled radish.

Torimaki Recipe

Torimaki or chicken egg roll is a typical Japanese menu. You may often find it in places that sell Japanese food. Here is the recipe and how to make torimaki or chicken egg roll.

Torimaki Ingredients:
  1. 200 grams of minced chicken
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 / 2 chopped onion
  4. Salt, pepper, sugar to taste
  5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  6. Seasonings to taste seasoning

Po Cha Recipe

Affairs of China is rich in flavor. All types of food seems to be here, not least the menu of crab. Cooking crabs seem worthy content you are trying, especially for those who love seafood cuisine. Here is a recipe to make Po Cha

Po Cha Ingredients:
  1. 100 gr chicken meat (without bones)
  2. 100 gr shrimp

Hongkong Sandwich Ingredients:
  1. 2 small ciabatta loaf
  2. 4 lettuce leaves
  3. 100 grams of cucumber, seeded, chopped long small
  4. 50 grams of carrots, peeled, cut a small length
  5. 1 stalk scallion, cut 4 cm, split, split 
Fill Ingredients;
